When I was a student 40+ years ago I spent a summer in the Cyclades islands in Greece and remember drinking a wonderful liqueur which I was told by locals was made from citrons. I've been looking for this magical beverage ever since, with no luck - do you happen to know what it is? If not, maybe I'll go back to the Cyclades ...
Always thought limoncello was a liqueur made from citron. Here's one example. Or something even called Etrog liqueur.
