Nothing is more annoying than those sleasy people who leave faux comments on your blog that are actually advertising with links to their products thereby using the Phytophactor's blog content to drum up business for free. So here is the latest sleasebag comment deleted from the previous blog.
"Nice work, your awsome content have forced me to to leave some positive feedback BioBizz TopMaxIs Best for Flowers & Vegetables"
We'll kindly not point out the poor grammar, spelling, and weak sentence structure. So here is my message to readers about BioBizz TopMax: this is a product to be avoided because it is being marketed by sleasy people. This means there is a very good chance this product is a green-scam of limited value and overpriced. After all, they use marketing tactics that indicate they would do anything for a quick farthing, so what else is one to think? Have a nice day.

I get so many of those kinds of comments - luckily Akismet is starting to catch more of them! I might follow your example and start trying to give the products they're attempting to sell a bad name.
Umm, thanks sarcozona for being so helpful, I think. So, how much do you get for each copy of Akismet downloaded?
I am certainly desperate enough for money to be doing what you accuse...
Unfortunately, I'm just not awesome enough for any company to represent them - Zappos wouldn't even let me be an affiliate, despite my obvious shoe obsession.
Was it actually the company itself or a dubious reseller? My experience is that the company itself is relatively respectable for that industry. They also have such a leading position in organic indoor gardening under lights that they don't need to resort to such caddish methods.
People selling knock-off Ugg boots through these vile robot comments does not suggest that Ugg boots are worthless.
Certainly there are some sleazy people who sell Topmax, and many countries are prosecuting the stupider ones.
Pat said, "Was it actually the company itself or a dubious reseller? My experience is that the company itself is relatively respectable for that industry."
Granted, to be fair the company itself might be quite respectable, so we can only hope this situation comes to their attention and they provide some guidance to people marketing their products because there is such a thing as guilt by association.
